Momentum Worx Billet 80MM S410SX Turbo – 1.45 A/R Race Cover

The Momentum Worx Billet 80MM S410SX Turbo takes the proven combination of our extremely popular 80MM / 1.45 A/R CAT turbo and pairs it with a race-style compressor cover featuring a V-band outlet. The V-band compressor outlet makes charge piping installation and removal easier while providing the connection commonly preferred on custom high-horsepower setups.

This turbo is commonly used on CAT, Detroit Diesel Series 60, and Cummins ISX performance builds where increased airflow and big power capability are the goal.

Built around the robust S410SX frame, this turbo features wider bearing spacing than a traditional S400-style bearing housing. The increased bearing spacing provides additional rigidity and support for the rotating assembly, making the S410SX platform an excellent choice for demanding high-performance applications.

A 360-degree thrust bearing provides additional durability under high boost and load.

Built for Big Power

The billet 80MM compressor paired with the 1.45 A/R non-wastegated turbine housing provides strong top-end airflow and is capable of supporting approximately 750 WHP, depending on the engine combination, tuning, fueling, and supporting modifications.

The larger 1.45 A/R turbine housing favors exhaust flow and top-end performance while helping reduce exhaust restriction at higher power levels. Compared with a smaller turbine housing, expect a later spool characteristic in exchange for increased high-RPM flow capability.
