Core Returns

If you purchased an item with a core charge, you are eligible to return your core within 30 days of invoice for a refund of your core deposit.

How to return your core:

1) Package your core carefully in a sturdy box

2) Purchase a shipping label from UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc

3) Hold on to your tracking number incase your shipment is lost.

4) Send item to the address below

Any of the following circumstances will result in denial of a refund:

-Sending a core that is disassembled

-Sending a core that is missing pieces

-Sending a core that does not match what you purchase

-Sending a core without a sales order number to identify it is yours

-Sending a core after the eligible return window (30 days from invoice)
