This exhaust manifold spacer kit is designed specifically for Cummins ISX and X15 engines equipped with the factory VGT (Variable Geometry Turbocharger) exhaust manifold. If you're replacing a cracked manifold, installing a new turbocharger, or refreshing your exhaust hardware, replacing the spacers is a simple way to help ensure a reliable, leak-free installation.

Unlike aftermarket T6 manifold conversions, the factory VGT manifold uses twelve identical spacers, as the turbocharger mounting flange maintains the same stack height across all manifold mounting locations.

Important Fitment Information

This spacer kit is designed exclusively for factory VGT exhaust manifolds.

Because the OEM VGT turbocharger mounting flange maintains a uniform height across the manifold, all twelve spacer locations use the same standard-length spacer.

If your engine has been converted to a non-VGT T6 exhaust manifold, you will need a T6-specific spacer kit, which includes 10 long spacers and 2 short spacers to accommodate the lower turbo mounting flange. See part number 101032S
