Description
Cummins ISX & X15 T6 Exhaust Manifold Bolt Kit (Set of 12)
Converting your Cummins ISX or X15 to a non-VGT turbocharger with a T6 exhaust manifold? Don't get halfway through the job only to discover your factory hardware won't work.
This complete set of twelve exhaust manifold bolts is specifically designed for non-VGT T6 exhaust manifold applications. Unlike the factory VGT manifold, a T6 flange positions the turbocharger lower on the manifold. Because of this, the two manifold mounting holes directly beneath the turbo flange require shorter bolts to provide the correct engagement and clearance.
This kit includes the proper combination of bolt lengths, including the two shorter bolts required for those lower mounting locations.

Important Fitment Information
This hardware kit is designed only for non-VGT T6 manifold applications.
Because the T6 turbo mounting flange sits lower than the factory VGT manifold, the two manifold bolt locations directly beneath the turbo flange require shorter fasteners. Standard VGT bolt kits do not account for this difference and may result in improper bolt engagement.
If your engine is retaining the factory VGT exhaust manifold and turbocharger, use our VGT Exhaust Manifold Bolt Kit, which includes the correct hardware for OEM applications - PN: 101000
Why Replace the Bolts?
Exhaust manifold bolts are exposed to constant heat cycles, vibration, and corrosion. Over time they can stretch, seize, or lose clamping force, increasing the risk of exhaust leaks or broken hardware during removal.
Replacing the hardware while the manifold is off the engine is inexpensive insurance against future problems. With the correct bolt lengths for a T6 conversion, you can complete the installation confidently without making an extra trip for hardware or modifying factory bolts.
Whether you're installing a performance manifold, upgrading to a fixed-geometry turbo, or building a high-horsepower engine, this kit provides the correct hardware to get the job done right the first time.
