BorgWarner S500SX 91MM Inducer Supercore Turbo

This turbo has become extremely popular with customers looking to make BIG power on single turbo Caterpillars.  Coupled with a 1.15 AR housing, this turbo WILL spool quick enough for a working truck, assuming you have enough fuel behind it to make it spool.  Be mindful of hard throttle inputs, as the small housing will make this turbo prone to snapping the shaft if you are not careful.  The 1.45 will slow the turbo down a bit, but may cause high EGT in the lower RPMS.
