S500 Turbo Installation Kit (Converting S400/S410SX Turbo)

When swapping out to an S500 from an S400 or S410SX, you will need to adapt some of your connections in order to install the turbo.  The S500 bearing housing uses the same size/pitch oil drain bolts as the S410SX (3/8th-16), length will vary depending on the depth of your oil line flanges. 

Included Items:

Custom Exhaust Outlet Adapter 

Attaches to the back of the S500 turbine housing to convert the 5.16" Flat Face V-band to the more common 5.75" Full Marmon style exhaust pipe outlet

 4" V-Band Style Compressor Outlet Elbow

Mates to the compressor outlet of the turbo and allows for a 4" charge air cooler boot to be installed

V-band clamp for the exhaust adapter, new maron clamp for the down pipe, v-band clamp for the compressor elbow, o-ring for the compressor elbow
