*MOMENTUM WORX | Caterpillar C13 Acert Single Turbo Conversion Kit (KCB)

The CAT C13 Acert comes from the factory with compound Garrett Turbochargers.  While this system is very efficient, its very complex;  2 turbos, countless bellows, additional air to water cores, etc.  This apparatus also makes working on that side of the engine a chore, and even simple jobs are an all day affair. By switching to single turbo, you simply the turbo system and also make servicing that side of the engine much more simple. 

*ECM Programming Recommended, fitment may vary slightly based on your truck configuration 

*Fitment is only for KCB Engine Serial Number, not compatible with LEE

*DOES NOT INCLUDE AIR PIPING OR EXHAUST PIPING.  We include everything to convert your engine, but not the items connected to the truck (CAC pipe, Air Cleaner Pipe, Exhaust Pipe)

Outside of the kit, you will need the following items to complete installation

1) Exhaust Piping - We include the marmon clamp needed for the turbo and we offer exhaust pipe options at the link below, but your factory exhaust pipe will need to be modified to work with the single turbo flange.

2) Air Cleaner Piping - We include a 6" ID 90 degree elbow coming off the turbo, you are responsible for adding piping to connect your factory air cleaner system.  We do sell air cleaner piping and couplers, see link below.

3) Charge Air Cooler Pipe - We provide a 4" OD 90 degree elbow coming off the turbo, you are responsible for connecting this to your factory charge air cooler.  We do offer CAC pipes for a few models, link below.
