We don't build it on a traditional S400 bearing housing. We start with the larger, more robust S410SX platform.

Why does that matter?

The S410SX platform features wider journal bearing spacing, providing increased support along the turbine shaft compared with a conventional S400 configuration.

Greater bearing spacing helps improve shaft support and resistance to deflection under demanding operating conditions.

When you're pushing a turbocharger hard, the components you can't see are every bit as important as the ones you can.

This isn't a standard S475 with a bigger compressor wheel stuffed inside. It's an entirely different level of turbocharger construction.

Our Big Wheel S475 Elite takes things a step further with an exclusive 75MM inducer / 105MM exducer billet compressor wheel.

That's an additional 5MM of compressor wheel outside diameter without stepping up to a larger 78MM inducer.

The larger exducer allows us to use a different compressor geometry designed to deliver additional performance potential beyond a conventional 75/100MM configuration.

For customers who are already pushing the limits of a traditional S475, that extra compressor wheel diameter offers another option before making the jump to a larger turbocharger.

The 7+7 blade billet compressor wheel retains a performance-oriented design, making the Big Wheel Elite particularly attractive for higher-output diesel applications.
