The Genuine Garrett HK Turbocharger was originally engineered for Detroit Series 60 14.0L HK engines, but it has also become a popular performance upgrade for earlier Detroit Series 60 applications looking for increased airflow without stepping into a custom aftermarket turbo.

Unlike the more common GT42-equipped Series 60 turbochargers, the HK turbo features a substantially larger 79mm billet compressor wheel paired with a GT47 turbine wheel. Combined with a relatively tight 1.27 A/R wastegated turbine housing, this turbo delivers impressive airflow while maintaining excellent spool characteristics, making it an outstanding choice for performance-minded street trucks, tow rigs, and working diesel applications.

Built by Garrett to OEM standards, this is a brand-new, genuine Garrett turbocharger—not a remanufactured or aftermarket copy.
