All Cummins ISX and X15 cylinder heads share the same exhaust manifold mounting pattern — including CM570, CM870, CM871, CM2250, CM2350, CM2450, and X15 applications. This manifold allows you to bolt up proven T6-frame turbochargers like S400, S410SX, GT47, and similar high-performance diesel turbos directly to your ISX-style cylinder head.

This is the foundation for a serious turbo upgrade — but keep it clear: this is manifold only. Supporting components such as oil feed and drain lines, charge air piping, and proper ECM tuning will be required to complete your setup.
