Description
The Caterpillar C15 ACERT hit the road in late 2003. This was the first of the COMPOUND TURBO Cat C15 engines. This is the HIGH pressure turbo, which is the turbo that sits directly on the exhaust manifold and has a wastegate. The LOW pressure turbo is the larger turbo without a wastegate that gets mounted to the engine block, and then has the exhaust system attached to the back of it.
This turbocharger is BRAND NEW, no core due. Assembled and balanced in the USA!
Fits BXS, MXS, & NXS Engine serial prefixes. Does NOT fix SDP engine serial prefix.
