If you need to replace ONE turbo, for the cost of labor - you might as well replace BOTH while you are in there!
The Caterpillar C15 ACERT hit the road in late 2003. This was the first of the COMPOUND TURBO Cat C15 engines. This listing is for both the HIGH pressure turbo and the LOW pressure turbo. The high pressure turbo is the one that sits directly on the exhaust manifold and has a wastegate. The LOW pressure turbo is the larger turbo without a wastegate that gets mounted to the engine block, and then has the exhaust system attached to the back of it.
These turbochargers are BRAND NEW, no core due. Assembled and balanced in the USA!
Fits BXS, MXS, & NXS Engine serial prefixes. Does NOT fix SDP engine serial prefix.
