Full Tilt Performance Exhaust Manifold

• Ceramic-coated to reduce heat & speed up exhaust velocity
• Hand ported and polished for maximum flow
• Reinforced, beefed-up design to eliminate cracking and joint leaks
• A proven, high-flow manifold that wakes these engines up

Installation Kit Includes

Everything needed to mount the turbo and convert from ACERT twins to single:

Oil System

• Oil Feed Line
• Oil Drain Line
• Oil Drain Adapter
• Oil Drain Plate
• All Gaskets (manifold, turbo, oil lines)

Intake / Charge-Air System

• Rubber Intake Elbow Coupler (Front of Turbo)
• T-Bolt Clamps
• Cast Compressor Outlet Elbow Kit

Exhaust

• Marmon-style Exhaust Clamp
• Option Down Pipes Available For Additional Cost

For a complete installation you will need to fabricate:

• Downpipe
• Charge air cooler piping
• Air cleaner piping

Every truck is slightly different — fabrication expectations are normal.

Fitment Notes
