Turbo Safety Blanket / Compressor Wheel Shatter Blanket - For Garrett GTX50, G50, G55, GTX5533

More and more racing classes are REQUIRING the usage of a turbo safety blanket-.  While this blanket does have some heat reflective properties, it is not to be confused with a turbine housing blanket which is exclusively used to keep exhaust gas heat in the housing for more efficient spool up.  This shatter blanket gets wrapped around the compressor cover in the event of a catastrophic failure to keep the carnage contained inside the blanket and OFF the race track.

Manufactured in the USA with Gentex fabric and Kevlar, this is an extremely high quality piece. 

This blanket is confirmed to fit on Garrett GTX5009, Garrett G50, Garrett GTX5533, Garrett G55 and similar large frame turbos.
