Shipping Policy
At Momentum Worx, we work hard to ensure your order is shipped quickly and accurately. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the shipping carrier, and we have no control over transit times, delays, or delivery issues.
Most orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same day.
No Guarantee of Delivery Dates
We do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates under any circumstances. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates and not promises or guarantees.
No Refunds for Shipping Delays or Carrier Issues
Momentum Worx is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight, etc.)
- Items stolen/damaged once carrier has confirmed delivery
- Weather, natural disasters, strikes, or any events outside of our control
No refunds credits or credits will be issued for shipping delays
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information*. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and contact the carrier directly regarding any issues once it has left our facility.
*In the event that an item is drop shipped or sent direct from the manufactuer, we will do our best to forward tracking information if available.
Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees and will not be entitled to a refund for the original shipping cost.
International Shipments
For international orders, Momentum Worx is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or additional costs incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, clearance issues, or local regulations.
